Breakaway Running offers a free half and full marathon training program with weekly group runs open to the public. We are proud to be the OFFICIAL training partner for the St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend.
In addition to a training plan and group runs throughout the week, we offer a weekly long group run with support and course water stops every Saturday morning from a designated Breakaway Running store. The location and time of the training runs will vary according to the training plan (see links below).
