10k Training Page

We are excited that the St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend has now added a 10K to the weekend events! Race distances include the marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K and 1-mile family fun run. If you are thinking about running a 10k (6.2 miles), we have put together a free 10k training plan for you. The training plans include a Saturday morning group run to accommodate the day’s workout.

Our Saturday morning group training runs start September 17th at 7 AM from the Breakaway Running Germantown store.
